Wan Nadiah is the current CEO of Thomson Hospital Kota Damansara (Formerly known as Tropicana Medical Centre), and the Group Chief Corporate Officer (COO) of TMC Life Sciences (TMCLS) where she was appointed back in 2017. At 34 years old, she has proven that age and maturity don’t necessarily rest on the same spectrum.

Prior to joining the TMC Life Sciences group, she served first as Director of Business Development and Corporate Communications before being promoted as Chief Operating Officer, Clinical Services at Sunway Medical Centre, overseeing the full suite of clinical services and operations. She served as an Associate Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group before joining Sunway.

She obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Cum Laude) Degree in Biochemical Sciences from Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts under a full scholarship from the  Public Services Department. She also holds a Master of Science degree in Public Health Nutrition from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM) at University of London, after being awarded the Maxis Scholarship for Excellence in Postgraduate Study in 2009. Upon graduation from LSHTM, she won the Hecht Bequest in Public Health Nutrition.

Wan Nadiah joined the TMC Life Sciences organisation at an exciting period of expansion and growth, and will be responsible for driving strategic planning and functions for the group, including Human Resources and marketing communications. She is also overseeing the expansion of Thomson Hospital Kota Damansara (THKD) from 205 to 600 beds as well as the development of the Thomson Iskandar Medical Hub with a 500 bed hospital in Johor Bahru which will see TMLS doubling its revenue by 2020.
